Using strength training, cardiovascular work, mobility, flexibility, acupressure and table work, Alex helps clients manage and eliminate pain while pursing their goals of looking and feeling better.

Viking Fitness is training built around you and your schedule. Scheduling is flexible and workouts are fluid to adapt to the client's needs on a given day. We don't follow rigid workout routines or exercise selection instead opting to listen to what the body needs in order to function at the highest level.
